It's taking the time to get to know how your mother likes her hair fixed in the mornings. Learning exactly how she likes her clothes folded and what dresser drawer she likes her socks in. It's knowing that she takes her coffee with one cream and two sugars. It's understanding that mom never leaves the house without her lipstick on, so why should it be any different here.  It's the consistent communication and relationship building between caregivers, residents and families.  

We know change can be hard, but not everything has to change.  Our caregivers communicate with residents and families to help promote stability through what might be an uncertain time as care needs increase.   We partner with you to help lessen the burden of change and support our residents holistically, embracing differences and preferences along the way.
